By registering an account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time — continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform. Players in certain provinces of Canada may be subject to higher minimum age requirements under local law.

The following countries are excluded and may not register or deposit: Turkey, UK, USA, Netherlands, Ukraine, Lithuania, Slovakia, Curacao, Aruba, Sint Maarten, Singapore, Afghanistan, Jordan, Taiwan, Yemen, Oman, Syria, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Moldova, France, China, and North Korea. We reserve the right to update this list without notice.

Your Account

  • One account per person, household, email address, phone number, and IP address
  • You must register using your real name and keep your details up to date
  • You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your login credentials
  • Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared with any third party
  • We reserve the right to close any account at any time without prior notice

To close your account, contact [email protected]. Your account must have no remaining balance or pending withdrawals before closure can be completed.

Accounts inactive for 180 days will be considered inactive. An administration fee of C$8 per month applies to inactive accounts. If the balance falls below C$8, the full remaining balance will be charged.

Verification (KYC)

Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit:

  1. Valid government-issued photo ID — passport, driver’s licence, or national ID card
  2. Proof of address — utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months
  3. Selfie holding your ID document, dated within the last 3 months

Documents must be submitted within 30 days of our request. Failure to provide documents within this period may result in withdrawal cancellation and account closure. We process submitted documents within 10 business days in most cases.

Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Minimum deposit: C$30
  • Maximum deposit per transaction: C$5,000
  • Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days by our finance team (Monday–Friday, 06:00–17:00 GMT)
  • Minimum rollover before withdrawal: x3 the deposit amount
  • Withdrawals must use the same method as the corresponding deposit where possible

Refund Policy

Deposits are generally non-refundable once funds have been played. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction to [email protected]. All refunds are at our sole discretion. Any bonuses and winnings are deducted before a refund is calculated.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to individual terms listed on the Promotions page. General conditions that apply to all bonuses:

  • One bonus offer per person, household, IP address, and payment method
  • Wagering requirement: 35x the bonus amount
  • Bonus validity: 10 days from activation (30 days for sports bonuses)
  • Maximum bonus bet while wagering: C$8
  • Requesting a withdrawal before wagering is complete voids the bonus and all associated winnings
  • Maximum withdrawal from free spin winnings: C$80 for no-deposit offers
  • Maximum withdrawal from bonus funds: x5 the bonus amount received

Bonus abuse including duplicate accounts, placing bets above C$8 while wagering is active, delaying bonus game rounds, or exploiting software errors will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.

Players can exchange coins for bonuses and free spins:

  • Bonus money — wagering requirement 35x, valid 10 days, maximum release x5 the bonus amount
  • Free spins — must be activated within 7 days of purchase, winnings subject to 35x wagering, maximum release C$80

Coins are earned by:

  • Every C$1,580 wagered = 1 coin
  • 5% of each deposit credited as coins
  • Completing achievements and finishing in top positions in tournaments

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

  • Using the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of another person
  • Fraudulent activity including chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or false identity documents
  • Collusion with other players
  • Using automated software or hardware to influence game outcomes
  • Money laundering or any criminal activity
  • Opening duplicate accounts
  • Exploiting software bugs or errors

We reserve the right to void winnings, confiscate balances, and report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 90 consecutive days and no completed KYC verification may be subject to closure at our discretion. Any remaining balance in such accounts may be forfeited.
